  • Do you sell direct?
    No. We sell to businesses, contractors, and qualified resellers. Consumer sales are limited to select items (e.g., Lawrence Brand Shot) where legally permitted.
  • How do I get a quote?
    Send specs (material, alloy, size, thickness, quantity, delivery ZIP) to Sales and we’ll quote same day whenever possible.
  • Is there a minimum order?
    Minimums vary by product and cut size. We’ll advise options to hit price breaks.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    PO for approved accounts, plus credit card, ACH, and wire.
  • Can I place blanket or scheduled releases?
    Yes—contract pricing and release schedules are available for ongoing needs.
  • What are typical lead times?
    Stock items often ship in 24–48 hours. Custom fabrication depends on complexity and volume.
  • Do you offer freight and liftgate service?
    Yes. We ship parcel and LTL; liftgate and appointment delivery are available.
  • Can I pick up my order?
    Will-call pickup is available for stocked items at select facilities—ask your rep for locations and hours.
  • How are heavy/large items packaged?
    Skids/crates with banding and protective wrap. Custom crating available.
  • What custom work can you do?

  • What shielding products do you offer?
