Find the Right Steel Ballast Weights for Your Project

As the leading U.S. manufacturer of lead-based products, we are proud of our reputation for excellence, innovation, and customer care. Due to our size, we have been able to invest heavily in advanced machinery which gives excellent results on a wide-range of lead items. This capacity also ensures that we can create high volumes of the lead bridge components in a short time period. If you have a rush job, and need a bridge weight in a hurry, we can help.

Mayco Stock Lead Bridge Weights are 7” x 7” x 8” with a piece of rebar in the cut out for easy maneuvering. Each Lead Bridge Weight weighs approximately 150 lbs. each.  Lead is commonly used as bridge ballast for its density.
We custom pour our bridge weights (seen below), giving them a precise fit. We also offer lead encapsulation, such as epoxy painting or powder coating, which reduces lead exposure to your workers and the environment.

Mayco also offers concrete weights upon request. Below, you can see an 81 lb 10? x 10? x 10? cast concrete ballast block, complete with a handle for easy lifting.
